This Privacy Policy agreement carries out the legal requirements between Kounouz, “We”, and the Customer “you”. Changes to our privacy policy may be made at any time where it is your responsibility to remain informed. When concerning your data, we work within the laws and regulations of the government of the United Kingdom.


All data is voluntarily provided when you register to our services, complete any feedback forms or any other information you may exchange with us. We collect data from your device’s cookies for each time you may use or visit our app and website. All merchants consent to the use of their data being shared with the card payment merchants.

We will store your personal details upon registration to Kounouz. The information you have provided to us is saved into our system to provide our services to you and support related activities.

In certain cases, we may hold some of your information after closing your account to meet legal or regulatory requirements; resolve disputes, prevent fraud and abuse, or enforce our terms and conditions.

We reserve the right to update and amend our Privacy Policy for operational, legal or regulatory reasons.
